`EASTEY SLEEVE WRAPPER - EB70 AUTOMATIC`

For wrapping large products, airport luggage, multi packing, securing several products on a tray as one, for display or shipping. The Eastey sleeve wrapper will do the job, built rugged, the main frame is 2" x 4" x 1/4" steel tube and 12 & 14 gauge steel guards and feeders. The sleeve wrapper produces an open end circle of film around the product, from 2 single wound rolls of film, (one on top and one on bottom). After the product goes through a shrink tunnel, a very tight secure package is produced. Seal areas available at 35", 50" & 70".

AUTOMATIC

An infeed conveyor brings the product to the infeed area. The product trips an eye/switch and is automatically pushed into the seal area. The product pushes the previous product into the shrinking chamber of the tunnel. The seal head does not activate until the pusher arm has cleared the seal area on its return stroke.

AUTOMATIC RIGHT OR LEFT ANGLE STANDARD FEATURES

Right or left angle powered infeed, with pneumatic product pusher with adjustable return stroke lengths
Limit switch in pusher area to start cycle once the product is in sealing position.
Dead plate mounted after seal area to stabilize the products.
Infeed product guides where necessary.
