EASTEY SLEEVE WRAPPER - EB70 MANUAL

For wrapping large products, airport luggage, multi packing, securing several products on a tray as one, for display or shipping. The Eastey sleeve wrapper will do the job, built rugged, the main frame is 2" x 4" x 1/4" steel tube and 12 & 14 gauge steel guards and feeders. The sleeve wrapper produces an open end circle of film around the product, from 2 single wound rolls of film, (one on top and one on bottom). After the product goes through a shrink tunnel, a very tight secure package is produced. Seal areas available at 35", 50" & 70".

AUTOMATIC RIGHT OR LEFT ANGLE STANDARD FEATURES

• Right or left angle powered infeed, with pneumatic product pusher with adjustable return stroke lengths
• Limit switch in pusher area to start cycle once the product is in sealing position.
• Dead plate mounted after seal area to stabilize the products.
• Infeed product guides where necessary.
